Overview
Our forming rolls and dies are manufactured to high quality standards for long service life and precise forming. They are made from high wear-resistance tool steel — X153CrMoV12 (1.2379) to the European standard, AISI D2 to the American standard — and heat-treated to 60–62 HRC, ensuring long service life, high dimensional accuracy and reliable performance under demanding production conditions.
